At Moose Coaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and training programs. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all physical merchandise and equipment.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

    Package Your Gear

    Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
